I've been craving for Se'i Sapi Lamalera after trying it in Bandung. This is my 1st meal in Bandung no doubt plus it is very close from the hotel (4 min with Grab).

The business owner and food enthusiast, Ari Nikolas Setiawan first tasted Se'i Sapi in Bali. He loved this dish and eventually traveled to Kupang with a mission to discover the recipe. One interesting discovery - Se'i is not originated from Kupang, it is actually originated from Pulau Rote.
In 2014, he started his experiment on the perfect 'smoked' recipe. He believed the main focus for F&B business is the production. Hence, he decided to open a restaurant on October 2016 being confident the taste is of the utmost importance.

I was sitting next to the open kitchen (Outdoor smoking area) and were amazed how quick they serve the dish.
Pros: Got my order in less than 10 minutes
Cons: The portion is quite small, I can easily finish 1 1/2 Jumbo.
Lidah Asap Sambal Matah
This is my favourite, exceptional tasty with smoky flavour!
Lidah Asap Sambal Matah - Tender, Juicy, Smoky beef tongue with a generous portion of my fav Sambal Matah (chilli and shallots)
All the dish comes with a side of Sayur Bunga Pepaya (Manado stir fried vegetable)
Lidah Asap Sambal Ijo
Tried Lidah Asap Sambal Ijo as well but I didn't liked the taste because it is not spicy enough for me
Keripik Jamur Tiram (Oyster Mushroom Chips)
I ordered this thinking it will be served fresh but well it's a smart idea though. It is more convenient for the owner and chef having it pre-pack. The taste is good except it is not crisp as I expected.
