Bakso Enggal Malang

This is a successful story of the owner, Hj. Soli who started selling with Gerobak (Food Cart) ended up owning a restaurant. I usually order delivery (GoJek or GrabFood) since Bandung is quite traffic at times. I noticed the restaurant is nearby our hotel so we had Dine In this time around.

Mon - Sun: 9 AM - 10 PM

CONDIMENTS

Start off with Fried shallots and Chopped Green onion & Coriander according to personal preference.

PERSONALIZE YOUR BOWL

Just pick up a bowl / Request for take away bag and start filling in your favorites.You can separate the fried food and get the soup in a separate bowl to avoid soggy food. At the end of the counter, they will calculate the bill based on per item. After you paid, they will send the food over to your table.


You can also choose from their Set Menu A, B or C which includes their menu selection and drink.

There are 3 sections of Bakso Enggal Malang:

  1. Steamed - Siomay Basah & Tahu
  2. Deep Fried - Kresol, Bakso Goreng & Siomay Goreng
  3. Soup - Beef ball

Siomay Basah & Tahu

Siomay Bash - Indonesian steamed fish dumpling
Tahu - Turmeric marinated beancurd 

Kresol

All of their deep fried selection is undeniably delicious! Kresol is similar to fried dumpling except it is in a longer form. 

Bakso Goreng

This is an all time Indonesia's favorite snack which got me addicted as well - Deep fried meatball

Siomay Goreng

Deep fried version of the steamed fish dumpling

Bakso (Beef Ball)

3 types of Bakso for you to choose:

  • Bakso Besar Urat - Mix of Beef & Beef Vein
  • Bakso Halus - Beef ball
  • Bakso Kecil - Smaller size beef ball


There are different sauces on the table like sambal and sweet soy sauce to enhance the soup flavoring.
