The Throne
James Hampton created such complex work over a period of 14 years that prompted him to prepare for Christ's return to earth. Many of the elements were hand-crafted from cardboard, plastic, old furniture, jelly jars, light bulbs, shimmering metallic foils, and other materials. Hampton's Throne reveals one man's faith in God as well as his hope for salvation.
