A veteran bartender, Kevin Diedrich and his partners, Andrew Chun and Jan Wiginton opened Pacific Cocktail Haven near Union Square in 2016. PCH is located right next to Hotel Emblem, we got curious because it's always long queue every night.
This tiki-inspired bar serves amazing cocktails and the interior was fully decorated with Christmas vibe.
