Buffets have been a tradition in Las Vegas for decades and nearly every major hotel offers great selection of food to impress its customers. Our first choice was Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace as it has been on the top of the buffet ranking list.
Unfortunately, it was fully booked so we decided to head back to our hotel and try the dinner buffet at The Wicked Spoon. The Wicked Spoon is located on Level 2, The Chelsea Tower inside The Cosmopolitan Hotel.
My first impression was the atmosphere and decoration is more like an elegant sit-down restaurant. The beautiful hanging glass fixtures immediately caught my attention.

With all the amazing choices at the Wicked Spoon, my favorite goes to this Bourbon White Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding. Lucky me the ones I have are fresh from the oven so the outer crust is crispy and crunchy while the inside is soft.
Some of my favorites sum up in a plate
