Spade's Burger: 16 Gourmet Burger and More In SS15

Spade's Burger started off selling from a burger stand in Penang in 2013. Their motto is to create affordable handcrafted gourmet burgers and this has become one of the go to places for burger lovers. Now they are available in Penang, Perak & Klang Valley. SS15 is their latest branch on their expansion list.

You will be flooded with options here because all of them looks amazingly delicious. They also offer seasonal menus that looks very tempting too.

   

All of their burgers come with their specialty charcoal bun and you can choose which type of patty do you want (pork, chicken, mushroom, beef or fish). Alternatively, you can also customized your own burger. We had 1 Burger Combo that comes with a choice of side and unlimited soft drink refill.

SHROOMCEPTION 

Shroomception is vegetarian with no patty so I added pork patty to it. The burger comes with crispy fried portobello strips, cheddar cheese and sauteed mushrooms. 

BACONIZER 

The burger comes with beef patty, cheddar cheese, cheese crisp, crispy bacon, caramelised bacon bits and bacon mayo. 

This is a winner! I prefer the beef patty more than pork patty because it is more juicy and flavorsome.

Salted Egg Fish Skin

This is pretty good, we will come back for Porkets and Fried Bacon Strips next round.
