This has to be the longest period of me away from home. It's a different excitement being home this time because we are Welcoming A Little Bundle Of Joy! My baby niece was born on the 13th of September 2019. I only managed to see my sister and niece 3 weeks later at Joie Confinement Centre. Will be back more often next year for this 2 kiddos.

According to my sis testimony, giving birth is easy with no pain that she nearly fall asleep during the process. Even my bro in law said she didn't cry or yell during delivery. Baby is out in 17 minutes pretty fast sis.

JOIE CONFINEMENT CENTRE
Joie Confinement Centre is an exclusive postnatal retreat that offers Premium Care to mother and baby with in-house medical doctor, licensed Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) physician, qualified registered nurses and professional chef. It is a one month program where nutritious meals will be provided to ensure the mother's recovery.
They have a waiting area for guests and baby room in the centre. Weekly weight measurement of baby will be recorded to ensure newborn's health and growth progress. Mum and baby will be sleeping separately to ensure mum have sufficient rest for a speedy recovery. There is 24 hour surveillance cam in the baby room that connects directly to mum's room for monitoring.
Mum's get to enjoy massage services and a variety of postnatal classes such as breastfeeding, yoga, soap making etc.
