This is absolutely worth every single penny with that melt in your mouth marbled Hida Beef! Hidagyu Maruaki have been certified and confirmed by the Japan Meat Grading Association. It is both a butcher shop and restaurant.

We put our name down and waited for 20 min not too long. It does feel a lil longer because you can smell the aroma of grilling meat at the waiting area.
Hida-gyu referred to beef from a black-haired Japanese cattle breed, that has been raised in Gifu Prefecture for at least 14 months. The amount of marbling is determined by the quality of meat depending on the genetic factors and farming techniques. The display board at the entrance are the farmers who breed Hida Beef served at this restaurant.

We decided to pick the BEST Meat we want so ala-carte it is. Here is our pick:
(Top Right): Short rib with special sauce (Sweet)
(Bottom Right): A5 Diced steak (Tender)
(Bottom Left): A5 Sirloin steak (Melts in your mouth)
