Who is Gen Yamamoto?

Once you walk into the bar, you will only see Gen Yamamoto himself in a white suit and a L-shaped wooden table with 8 seats. Gen Yamamoto had 18 years of mixology experience in New York prior opening his own bar in Japan.

What makes his cocktail so unique?

Before making each cocktail, he will introduce the liquor and place it in front of you. Then explain the origin of each ingredient used to craft that specific cocktail. He only use locally-sourced ingredients (fruits, herbs) that is in season hence his menu is constantly different.

No syrup or sugar is used in his cocktail. Only fresh fruits or herbs that is being grated or muddled to extract the flavours from it.

Each cocktail has been specially designed in order from sweet, spicy, cold, warm to excite your taste buds.
