I truly enjoyed the extensive array of local and international dishes. My favourite dish is Steamed Egg White, a mum's dish that I grow up eating. I was telling him pretty sure the chef is Malaysian because this is a common dish in Malaysia's chinese restaurant.
Turn out I am right the chef is from Penang, he suggested to cook this dish since there are a lot of left over egg whites. Glad they serve this dish!
